Creating an order with The Gifted Stationery Company does not constitute acceptance of that order. Sales Acknowledgements will be sent along with our Terms and Conditions once your order is received.
Minimum order value are as below:
UK Mainland – £150 + VAT *Any orders below this value will incur a £15 delivery charge
Eire, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands – £500+ VAT *shipping costs and duties not included. These will vary dependant on weight and location of order and be advised upon dispatch.
All other countries – £500+ VAT minimum applies as delivery will be made to a UK Freight Handler *Onward shipping, duties and fees will be the responsibility of the customer
We aim to have all trade customer orders dispatched within 5 working days. In some circumstances part deliveries may be made, giving prior notice where possible.
Back orders will be sent only if the outstanding order value is over the applicable minimum order value for delivery, if the outstanding value is below then our sales team will be in touch
Please notify us within 7 days of any discrepancies or issues with your order.
All order will be delivered to the shipping address as noted in your trade account. When you receive your Sales Acknowledgement, please check the shipping details are correct and notify us immediately of any changes.
If your order is being shipped to a freight forwarder and further product information is required please contact theteam@thegiftedstationeryco.com for this to be arranged.
